Cancellation Policy

We would entertain a refund, only on the below condition/conditions are full-filled:


For any Return/Refund of order/orders, the buyer/customer shall intimate within three (3) days of delivery from their ignouexamnotes dashboard or an email on support@ignouexamnotes.com, mentioning the reason of return. Upon reviewing, the amount would be subsequently refunded deducting to & fro shipment, packaging & service charges estimating to 60% of the order amount.


A full Refund amount would be credited if cancellation request is sent before it gets dispatched from ignouexamnotes warehouse facility. Once the order is dispatched, you can make cancellation request upon successful delivery, where to & fro shipment, packaging & service charges estimating to 60% of the order amount would be deducted from the refundable amount.


Estimated time to process and credit the refund amount may take up to 7-10 days.

Our return address will be as mentioned on the billing invoice as well as at Contact Us page.

Refund would be issued using the same mode of payment, used while placing the order.


At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods. We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, COD charges if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

 


NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:


  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Products returned in a damaged condition.
  • Missing contents of the product.
Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+56dbc15684b843a9b117a3ef9b97ffd2@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
